Hi!
One of the groups of contacts defined on speed dials has disappeared in an attendant console v1.2. It works with a callmanager 3.2. I don't know what has exactly happened. I wonder if that information that seems lost could be replicated somewhere else in the attendant console or in the callmanager. There were important contacts for the company.
Can you help?
Thanks
Ana

When you log off the console, the server automatically saves attendant preferences such as speed-dial groups/entries and window position/size. You need to edit the voicemailprofiles.xml file such that it contains the following data
InternalSequence="#X#2" TimeDelay="1"/>
Also try copying this file to the C:\Program Files\Cisco\CallManagerAttendant\etc directory in the server where the ac client is pointing to.
After doing this restart the TCD and CTI service on all the servers in the cluster.
