I created the AC users, I created the Hunt Group, I go online on the AC client user interface, if I dial the PP extension (DID) I get dead air and after 7 seconds I get fast busy, please point me in the right track
when you dial PP,you get dead air because you pattern is matching with PP,Make sure no any patten is matches with PP, for example your dial pattern are 9.00!,9.03xx! and your PP no may be start with 9.
The other thing that you get fast busy, indicates that PP may not proper associated with ac user, also sure it.
