I have been having users contact me on and off all day saying that their phone calls to other offices sound like they are talking through a tin can. I did a call to test it and on the snd and rec codec I'm getting Lin16K on both ends of the call. Where would I go in CUCM to change it where we are using G.711, and I'm using CUCM 10.5.1
