Is it possible to create FAC code individual for every individual who is using the IP Phone ......or its a general code for all people who are in same group

Hi Vijay,

FAC is applied at the Route pattern level, so it can not be user specific. However, you may create a specific Route pattern for a group of users and force them to use that Route pattern using partition / CSS settings that restrict those set of users to use the same route pattern. This way you can at least have a few set of users using a specific FAC enabled Route patterns with different codes.
