no, CUCM is not an IVR system.
you can use CUC, Unity, CUE, UCCX or UCCE for that purpose

Hello Javalenc,
Usually i use tcl scripting or b-acd on CUCME to configure Autoattendant without using CUE.
I don't know if there anything similar to this feature in CUCM7.
I found that in CCM 4.2 and previous releases that there is a CRA application that can be installed on the same server that is running CCM 4.2 or previous releases.
However, on CUCM 7.0 which is based on linux OS, i don't know if it works the same way.
Kindly help
Best Regards.

i'm not sure if you still receive the cra disk on linux servers but that would require a separate server to install the app

Hi javalenc,
I have implemented CUCMBE 7.1 on a linux system with unity.
Everythink works perfect.
But I need to configure auto attendant that can:
Answer a call
Play a user-configurable welcome prompt
Plays a main menu prompt that asks the caller to perform one of three actions:
Press 0 for the operator.
Press 1 to enter an extension number.
Press 2 to spell by name.
Please I need all the steps to through up to end. If possible the screen show of the steps.
