hi,
I just noticed that when i pickup the phone handset and press any extension it's just silence without calling that desire extension. If i pressed the loudspeaker button or press the ext number and pickup the handset it;s working fine. It's using C6921 ip phone model.
Kindly please advise

I mean dial plan overlapping. Your WHOLE dial plan.

Hi Jaime, is there any setting on the call manager if phone is off hook and it wait for 5th digits if dial plan is over lapping.
e.g. I have two numbers 4701 and 47010 , so if some one wanna dial 47010 on off hook and it shouls not dial immidiatly by pressing 4701 it should wait for next 0 to complete its five digits.

T302 determines how much longer it will wait before trying to place the call, but there is no setting that tells CUCM to wait for X amount of digits and then consider that's all you'll dial.
If there's overlapping, you'll always have this behavior.

Hi jaime,
Default T302 inside enterprise parameters is 15000.. If i lower down to 5000,means that it will take much more time compared to default value correct me
