AutoAttendant: How Dial Extention during the greeting

Hi Pros,

I have a CME on a C2811 box with a CUE module.

CME:12.4(11)XW2 / CME 4.2(0)

Auto Attendant (Service Engine Telephony Infrastructure) 3.1.1.0

I'm using Cisco Unity Express Editor 3.1(1)to make a new aef script (based on the default one.

How to dial an extension whenever i want to ? even during the first greeting

Also, is there a way to disable the # that you have to press after the extension ?
