Automated message for Extension Mobility

Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to set up my Call Manager 8.0.2 cluster to play an automated message whenever an extension mobility DN is dialed when the user is not logged in.

For example: User A is logged in to extension mobility and attempts to dial User B who is not logged into extension mobility.  User A hears automated message saying user is not logged in.

I don't have much experience with the feature services of Call Manager, so I'm not sure what would accomplish this goal.

Any help would be appreciated!

Ken,

This cannot be done natively, if the extension on EM profile is different from the extension on the hard phone you could configure call forward unregistered to go to a call handler in  Unity that plays this message.

That applies.  Our phones will not have a directory number when not logged into a EM profile.

I'll look more into Unity.  Thanks!
