Automatically play Caller ID with VM message

Is there a way to have Unity automatically play the inbound caller id at the beginning of each message for external calls? By default you can get that info by pressing "9", but customer would like to have it say "new message from ..."

Yes - you can turn this on for users using BulkEdit - you didn't indicate your version but if you're at a recent 4.x version you can pop open BulkEdit (in your Tools Depot on your desktop), select the users you want to update and then choose the "Conversation" tab - on there it's on the "Message Review" sub tab - there's an option called "Announce ANI for messages from unidentified callers" - if you set this to "yes" then it'll always play the ANI (if provided) for unidentified callers.
