(AvDSAD) failed to synchronize data - Event ID: 1100
I'm getting the following error logged several times a day for multiple users.
system appears to be working fine as nobody as complained so far.
I have deleted and recreated the account to test , but the error is still there. Anybody knows what it is all about?

The Cisco Unity service that monitors Active Directory (AvDSAD) failed to synchronize data for an object in Active Directory with the corresponding data for the object in the SQL Server/MSDE database on the Cisco Unity server. Unity will not be able to synchronize all changes for this object until this is resolved. However, other objects will continue to be synchronized.
