B-ACD in cme 7.1

Hi

We have a B-acd being configured in a Cisco 2811 router. After the config for B-acd is done, i am not able to receive calls on the DNIS number as a disconnect tone/number not in use is received.

The configuration is

application

service aa flash:app-b-acd-aa-3.0.0.2.tcl

paramspace english index 1

param number-of-hunt-grps 2

param handoff-string aa

param dial-by-extension-option 1

paramspace english language en

param max-time-vm-retry 2

param aa-pilot 26268648

paramspace english location flash:

param second-greeting-time 60

param welcome-prompt _bacd_welcome.au

param call-retry-timer 15

param max-time-call-retry 700

param service-name queue

!

service queue flash:app-b-acd-3.0.0.2.tcl

param queue-len 15

param aa-hunt1 7000

param aa-hunt2 8000

param queue-manager-debugs 1

param number-of-hunt-grps 2

!

dial-peer voice 2 voip

service aa

destination-pattern 26268648

session protocol sipv2

session target ipv4:192.168.204.1

incoming called-number 26268648

dtmf-relay rtp-nte

codec g729br8

Respectively 7000 and 8000 are configured as hunt-groups with 2 members each.

Am i missing any configuration for B-acd to work.

Regards

Kumar

Re: B-ACD in cme 7.1

Dear Kumar,

Because some part of configuration, I can suggest some step to check it,

1) The dial-peer is set to voip ? not pots ?

2) The destination-pattern 8 digit ?

Would you please check the incoming number really hit the pattern?

Hope this message can help you.

Regards

Re: B-ACD in cme 7.1

You might be missing a mandatory parameter in the AA. Run "deb voice appl script" and that should tell you.

I have one working with this B-ACD version, and have more params, but not sure which are required.

Also, my VoIP peer is not SIP. My pilot number is 505 and looks like:

dial-peer voice 505 voip

service aa

destination-pattern 505

session target ipv4:

incoming called-number 505

dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric

codec g711ulaw

no vad

Not sure if SIP vs. H323 makes a difference, but it works.
