Hi,

while we initiate the backup, DB is backed  along with it.You will find CCMDB while the backup is being taken.

Thank you Aman for your interest

Error message from CM "Update failed : Unable to access SFTP server or SFTP server too slow to respond. Please make sure the login credentials and path are correct"

Error message from SFTP server "Authentication failed for user ******* from IP x.x.x.x; bad username or password"

we use SolarWinds sftp software

Hi,

Seems that credentials are incorrect.

The credentials entered in CUCM while creating backup device should match with ones configured in sftp software.

IP address should be of PC /server where sftp is running, directory should be \ .

Hi,

You install the solarwinds sftp in C:\ and then, try.
