BARS Help

Please can anyone help

I am running Cisco 4.3  call manager and I have BARS 4.0.13000 which has been working fine till a few days ago it started giving the error below when I run the Backup

" Could not build archive successfully."

Can anyone tell me what that means and how I can solve the problem
