BAT does not work for IP Phone Services: 6.1.2

I have all of my UDP profiles and am trying to update these profiles to add all configured IP Services (such as Extension Mobility) to these profiles. When I insert UDP Users and apply a UDP template with the added phone serverice, the log file states that the Device Profile already exists.

It sounds like you are trying to do these updates via BAT?

Within the "insert user Device Profiles Configuration" window there is an "Override the existing configuration" tick box.

If you check this does it help?

I would personally create a .txt file if you are doing bulk updates to include all the EM profiles. Then you can add the service on to all the UDP's and upload it.
