Blackberry on CUMA Server

Hi all,

I have an issue when I try to add end user and associate a phone to it under Mobility Advantage Server the drop-down list does not show the blackberry models, the customer purchased 10 licenses for it, but not sure where do I have to do this.

Hi,

could you check:

you have provisioned CUMA SERVER with oar file (Provisioning Management)

you have checked language: Other (Provisioning Configuration)

Then in user phone configuration try

·         Country : Other

·         Service Provider : Other

·        Phone Model:  Blackberry model will be available

·         Language : your Language

·         Phone number :your phone number
