BNA Hunt Group to VoiceMail

Dear All,

My customer are using UCM 6.0 with Unity 5.0.

We are having a number of huntgroup being configure and would like to set BNA to VoiceMail.

Ex:

Hunt Pilot no.: 9040 (which is DID)

Hunt member no.: 9901 and 9902

What we want is when Caller call in to DID no. 9040 but no answer or busy, Caller should be sent to voicemail.

And the indicator MWI should be notified on both phone:9901 and 9902. Both of the phone should be able to check the voicemail.

Please provide the step-by-step for configuring this.

smahbub, Thanks for reply.

I guess "Make call routing rule for Forwarded calls in unity" is not what I want for my question. Or I might not get how the call routing rule will solve my question.

Please explain how it will work for the hunt group and voice mail.
