User calls up today and says:
I have x7700 cFwdall to my extension x8000. Calls are coming to me, but if I do not pick up it goes x7700 voicemail, not mine.
i said, this is how the system works because the caller was trying to get a hold of x7700, so unity will take the voicemail to that box, not yours.
But then I started thinking... is this a true statement on CFwdAll from phone to phone?

Yes, this is expected behavior. Unity will look at the original redirecting number to determine routing of forwarded calls.

Just as an aside - Unity 5.0(1) (currently in EFT) will support the option of having calls routed by either the first or the last redirecting number - system wide configuration.

Hello,
ist there a way to change this behavior?
Sometimes it would be better to get the voicemail of the person "at the end of a forwarding line". For example when someone is on holiday and forwards to to a colleague, the colleagues voicemail should come up.
Any ideas?
Thanks, Ingo
