Bulk Handler import

I;m trying to import call handlers from a CSV file. Every time I add the handlers to the grid it only adds the first column. I have defined the extension column. alias column and the displayName column but all I get is displayName.

Any thoughts?

Unity version? Bulk Handler create version? Can you post the first few lines of your CSV file?

I created a .csv file in Excel, making sure the column headers were displayname,alias,extension

I'm obviously missing something....

Did you have the "generate extension numbers for new call handlers" option checked? If this is not checked, extension numbers are purged since they are optional. Many folks use CSVs generated from apps that kick out extension columns and this method is used to tell the bulk handler import if you want to use them or not...
