Bulk Import password change


We have to move many subscribers and we want to do it with Bulk Import. Everything workings fine beside the password.

We add the DTMF_PASSWORD in the csv file, we can download the file without any errors but when we are trying to access the voice mail with the password just add , it doesn't work.

We have to change manually the password in the web page.

Any ideas why this option does not work?

Are we talking Unity here?

Don't know if you have got this fixed yet or not, but I just ran into the same issue. Opened up a TAC case, and found the bug that we were hitting, CSCsr02403. Basically in our case we had to open up a command prompt and change to the commserver\

components directory. Then do a regsvr32 /u babelsvr.dll and after that completes register it with a regsvr32 babelsvr.dll. The bug references the bulk edit tool, but also affects the bulk import tool.
