Bulk Import

Need Help!

I am able to use the bulk import tool to import Zero_Out_Rule. Import states it is successsful, but when I look at the Subscriber - Caller Input - Key 0 - there is no Call Handler for the Zero_Out_Rule. Not sure what's going on.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi -

I've used the Bulk Import before successfully, but not this specific field. I have created a new Subscriber template with the caller input for the 0-out set in the template. Then when I run the bulk import, I select that template, which settings get applied to users as they are imported. However, since you have already imported these subscribers, I am thinking you can run Bulk Edit to set the 0 key for the call handler you want.

I can re-create this problem - I have attached the file I am importing and the error and output log. It sets the Caller Input Zero Key on the subscriber to "say goodbye". When you run DBwalker you get the following error on the mailbox

1209:(error) an unknown conversation string found=

You can try reselecting the one key action on the 'caller input'

page for this call handler or subscriber and saving to clear this issue
