Bulk Subscriber Reset Error

Hi All,

I have a customer with Unity 4.0.4 and Exchange 2003 sp2. They are getting the error below which seems to mean that unity cant delete messages in the subscribers mail box. Everything else is reset properly.

(error) would not resolve the mailbox an SMTP address=jondoe@university.edu and Exchange server name=UNITYVM. Make sure you are logged into the system with an account that has send as/receive as and full mailstore rights on all mailstores that home subscribers.

(error) mailbox messages for subscriber could not be removed.

have ran latest permissions wizard and bulk sub reset tool.

If this cant be resolved do to limitations do to Microsoft, Does anyone know of an easy way to delete the messages in bulk. Customer is a university and these are student VM Boxes that need to be reset every term.

Are you logged in as the account associated with the CsMgr service? If not, try that - running permissions wizard by itself doesn't help much here because it's not going to grant send as/recieve as permissions on the mailstore for the account you're running as.

The error is pretty straight foward - it attempts to log in via CDO and clear the messages in the box and Exchange is returning an error - almost always a permissions issue.
