If an agent misses two consecutive routed calls, it will be forced to NOT READY state. There is another resaon. The Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) ports associated with the application do not have a calling search space (CSS) applied in the Cisco CallManager configuration that allows the CTI ports to transfer the call to the agents. In other words, the partition applied to the agent ICD directory number (DN) needs to be in the CSS applied to the CTI ports. If there is no CSS applied to the CTI ports, the transfers also fail. CTI ports must have a CSS configured.
