Hi
i had a issue on Cisco CAD, when agent try to make a forward from the application called couldn't put to music on hold (just silence) it's normal ??
because physiqual ipphone could do it.

Did you verify the MOH settings on the CTI Ports and CTI RP?

agent has a choice to work with Ipphones or CAD. every things is good if they use Ipphone but it's not case when using CAD
