CAD - Reason Codes disappearing from Desktop Administrator
Using v. 7.6.2.
The not-ready reason codes continually disappear from the desktop administrator. I can add a new code in ICM, go over to the desktop administrator, and they will appear. After adding them to a workflow group, they disappear, from both the workflow group and the global settings.
These are the paths to get to each CCX logs through CLI. They may be helpful if you are having issues accessing RTMT or downloading logs through it.
