CAD supervisor unable to playback the recorded voice of CAD agent on uccx 7.x

Hi Team,

    CAD SP is unable to plyback the recorded voice of the agent. When i looked in to path (c:\programfiles\cisco\desktop_audio)of the recorded voice on UCCX server it is showing 1kb file size which should not be the case. Can anyone help me to know the probable cause of this issue.Agents are using cisco ip communicator .

UCCX version:7.x
