Call Back feature while the caller is in queue.

HI,

How Call Back feature can be achieved in UCCE/UCCX while the caller in in queue.

You may achieve this by inserting a record into the PersonalCallbackList table, and specifying an AlternateVDN invoking a specific routing script.
