Call Connector Issue with Secure Web Application

A customer where we installed Call Connector (Personal Edition) on has had issues with a secure web-site. Apparently the 'magic marker' does a 'no-no' when it parses the html code for phone numbers, and thus locks up the web-app. I instructed them to disable the 'Magic Marker' highlighter as i suspected it was causing a security breach in the application. This fixed the problem but the customer must manually disable and enable the 'marker' every time they change websites.

Is Cisco aware of this small issue? What can we tell customers and what work arounds might there be?
