call disconects after the unity greeting (UNITY 4.2)

plays the user's greeting(name) but doesn't give the option of leaving a voicemail. Call disconnects.

Is this happening to all the users or just one of them?

What do you have in the After Greeting option in Subscribers --> Greeting? Do you have Take Message?

Could you please also upload the GUSI output?

What about the other parts of the question? What's the after greeting actions for the user's greetings (standard, off hours, busy, internal, alternate)?

I'd activate that subscribers alternate greeting for testing purposes to make sure one of the others is not firing and make sure the after greeting action for the alternate greeting is set to "take message".
