Call Forward All

Hello folks

I have CCm 7.0, and a 2851 running MGCP. when my users do a call forward all to an external number the system isn't removing the access code and we are sending to the PRI the 9 for a locall or 91 to a long distance call.

on the route patterns we are stripping the 9 and/or 91

please let me know
