Call Forward based on Calling Number

Hi all,

Is there a way to route calls based on the calling number (external) for the CFW NOAN and BUSY ???

I mean PSTN Number 5555555 should be allowed to be transfered to the operator after a NOAN Timeout on any extension contrary to PSTN Number 6666666 that should never be.

no, you can only set the CFNA and CFB for external calls but that means ALL external calls, CUCM has no mechanism to use the CLID for those purposes
