Call Forward for secondary lines

Hi everybody

We recently migrated to call manager 8.6.2 and I want to know if it's possible  forward secondary lines, because when we activate call forward only works in primary line.

I read this http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186a0080916196.shtml  , but I want to know if there an easy way which the final user can forward all his lines from the cisco phone.

Thanks.

Call Forward for secondary lines

Call forward all from the phone via the Call Forward All softkey for secondary lines does not work natively at all.  There may be a 3rd party app or something along those lines but with the CUCM and phone itself, the answer is no.

You could look into this 3rd party product; IPPhone callForwarder.

You can also give rights to access the ccmuser webpage. You can forward lines from there (if the cfa css is correct)

So, Cisco takes the Attendant software away, and doesn't allow a PHYSICAL attendant device (a 7962 w/7915 for example) to actually perform attendant functions. That's F*#$&*%ng BRILLIANT.
