Call Forward No Answer reason code

Hi All, I have a issue with Callmanager 4.2.1, when a call is forwarded to voicemail via the CTI route point, sometimes the reason code will not be sent. We found this via voicemail system IPFX logs and the caller hear different prompts. Thanks for any advice.

Ok afaik IPFX is a CTI integration, correct me if Im wrong.

When a call is forwarded to voicemail via the CTI route point, sometimes the reason code will not be sent.

Have you isolated this to IP Phone to IP phone call..., PSTN to IP Phone call...

What is the call flow..?

IP Phone to IP Phone , CFNA to VM.

The redirection is done to a CTI RP then to a CTI ports? Like IPCC|AA|IVR|CUE Integration?

We will need CCM|SDL CTI|CTI SDL traces to confirm this.

Yes, it's CTI integration. The call flow is IP Phone to IP Phone , CFNA to VM.

The redirection is done. The issue came after we upgrade CCM from 3.33 to current version 4.2(1)

Please be aware the IPFX logs, file name 20061208_P01.log

The test was done from ext 7072 calling 8012 and has the following results:

06:00:52.719 Log - Processed Call Info from Datastore. Status:Divert, Extn:8012? no smart greeting

06:01:15.016 Log - Processed Call Info from Datastore. Status:Divert, Extn:8012? no smart greeting

06:01:37.828 Log - Processed Call Info from Datastore. Status:Divert, Reason:NoAnswer, Extn:8012? smart greeting worked

06:02:02.250 Log - Processed Call Info from Datastore. Status:Divert, Extn:8012? no smart greeting
