We currently have our 2811's setup with two or more pots lines for SRST and employee only call in lines. We had it so that any call comming in on the pots lines would get forwarded to an internal extension. I am trying to change the extension it is forwarding calls to but can't seem to get it to work.
I am going into call manager, locating the gateway, slecting the FXO port that i want to change and then changing the Attendant DN. However this doesn't do anything and the incomming calls still route to the old extension.
