We are centralizing our Unity system to our corporate site. We currently have Unity at each remote location that use Call handlers extensively. My question is for each call handled Unity will stream the message across the Wan so in effect if 5 people call at the same time I will be using 5x bandwidth since unlike CCM MOH it is done with multicasting.(what is that bandwidth per call?)
Depends on the codec you've used for recording the greetings on the call handlers in question - this white paper goes into some detail on the various codec options and their impact on bandwidth and file size for messages - it might be helpful for you:
