I have a particular call handler that really isn't anything fancy. Standard reroutes the call and closed plays a greeting.
However, I created a Distribution Group so I could have muliple people be able to login to the Greetings Admin and change the greeting. I've got this setup for other call handlers already, but when change the Owner/Owner type on this particular handler and then attempt to call it, I get: "Sorry this system is temporarily unable to complete your call"
When I change the Owner/Owner Type back to any single user/subscriber, it works just fine.
I've deleted and recreated the CH as well as the groups now a few times. Still no go.
