Desire in Unity 4.0(5);
Opening Greeting>Weekdays> Message A
Opening Greeting>Weeknights> Message B
Opening Greeting>Weekends> Message C
I'm not sure if need to set these up under System > Schedules, and how to get 3 different messages. I'm familiar with Greetings Open, Greetings Close, but not a weekend Greeting.

There is no seperate "weekend" type greeting you can use for this on a single handler, however you can chain two handlers together to get this in the same way folks do seperate holiday greetings. Have the off hours greeting of your primary opening greeting have a blank greeting and set to go to a 2nd call handler which has a seperate schedule that defines all week as "standard" and all weekend as "off hours". Then you have a standard greeting on your primary opening greeting handler and the off hours weekend and weekend greetings recorded as standard and off hours on the 2nd handler.

Or you could use the call routing function and set the schedule based upon what time the call came to trigger off the different call handlers.
correct jeff?
