Call Manager 4.1 incoming call issue

Hello

I have an issue with my call manager 4.1 and the unity 4, the problem is when you dial from the pstn to the office you received this error “this is not a valid selection” this recording error came from the unity and after 2 seconds you got the normal opening greeting. In the router I have setup the voice-port with a connection –plar with the extensions of the voice mail pilot extension.  This is the configuration of the voice-port

voice-port 0/2/0:0

connection plar 3099

Try using port status monitor on Unity to see what Unity is doing with the call when it arrives and also if you are sending any digits right after you get connected that could generate the error.
