call manager 4.3 and AD 2008

Hi,

We have CCM 4.3 was integrating with AD 2003 but after upgrading the AD to 2008 searching to users from the CCM or corperate directory is not shown.

Can any body help me to solve this issue.

Hi -

In the CUCM 7.0(1) release notes, I see support added for Windows 2008 directory synchronization - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/rel_notes/7_0_1/cucm-rel_notes-701.html#wp684343

You might check with TAC if you haven't already for compatibility between version 4.3 and Active Directory 2008.

make sure you're running the latest available SR for your version and rerun the ldap plugin
