Call Manager 5.0 Licensing

Hi all,

I have a CallManager 4.1(2) with about 2000 IP telephones. We're planning to upgrade to CallManager version 5, but Cisco has a new policy that I have to buy the CallManager and the telephone licences together. What do I do ? I've already bought all the 2000 licences for my IP Phones and I don't want to pay for it again.

Hi

When you upgrade from CM4 to 5, the DMA tool you use to upgrade will generate licensing for you based on the number of phones you have configured on your system.
