Call Manager - Caller ID on Screen

I have a client running

Call Manager – 8.0.3.20000-2

UCCX -  Cisco Unified Call Center Express   --  v8.5.1.11002-22

Premium Feature set.

And we are developing an internal web application which we need to have inbound phone calls pop up on it.

I need 2 values from the phone system, PHone Number and Extention, sent to an API of ours in any format it can do however we don't know how to do this. Any idea's on how to do it or a company/firm that can assist us in adding these hooks in?

I am not a developer but know where I can get the required info. If you dont hear from anyone here, I would recommend posting your query at CDN http://developer.cisco.com/web/uccxcti/home

Also, consider opening a Developer TAC case if you dont hear in time there.
