Hi, new to the forum!
I was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem in Cisco Call Manger.
Is it possible to search for the list of extensions associated in a pick-up group.
At the moment the only way i know how to do this is to go to the actual extension and see if the number is in a pick-up group.
But if i want to see any other numbers listed within that pick-up group, i get stuck!
Any help is gratefully appreciated!
Thanks,
Connor

Hey Connor,
No worries...not the best description on my part
Once you get to the Pickup Group page, look at the top right hand drop down
(Back to Find list) click that dropdown and you'll see Dependency Records.
Cheers!

Hi Connor,
Once you find the Pickup Group click on it to bring it to it's own page then go to Dependency Records;
Pickup Group > **Dependency Records > Directory Number > List of DN's associated with this Pickup Group
Cheers!

Hi Rob,
Sorry I can't see where "Dependency Records" is.
I've opened the pick-up configuration page of the pick-up group.
Call Routing > call pickup group > searched for pick up group name > clicked on pickup group > now on configuration for pickup group
Sorry!
