Solved: call manager issue

move 2 new extensions to pri to my call mgr built 1 ext as a cti roue point and set to voice mail try to call fwd another ext to that number in will not go

but if i call fwd to the wole number 9xxx xxx xxxx it goes but not as 6 digets

Hi Dino -

Trying to follow what you are trying to do. It sounds like call forward all works when you send it to 9 (PSTN) but not to another internal number correct? Check the Calling Search Space on the Call Forward All setting on the Line. Remember, the CSS on the CFWD is not the same as the CSS on the Line. Typically, we like to setup a separate CSS for CFWD such as SITE-CFWD-CSS. Then add the appropiate places the user (line) can forward to. This would be to voicemail, other DNs on the system, Local, LD, etc.
