We have CUCMv10.0 and IMPresencev10.0 installed, On Presence server Sync Service not getting started. The AXL,CTI and Tomcat service in CUCM are already restarted. Running the diagnostics on Presence server shows, Connectivity error with CUCM.
Checked all the configuration everything looks correct, I doubt its a BUG or not? Does anyone came across this issue? CUCM and IMP are in 10.0 base version.
