Call Monitoring And Recording

Dear Sir/Ma,

Please I need a BoM for a Call Monitoring and Recording with Unified CM.

What are the devices that would be involved.

Call Monitoring And Recording

You will need 3rd party call recording, Cisco does have MediaSense server but it still requires their party for administration of the recordings.  I suggest you contact your local Cisco account manager and have them put you in contact with call recording reseller of products such as Callabrio, CallCopy, Verint, Nice, etc, etc.
