Hello,
I'm trying to configure a 7965G for BLF Call Pickup, and I cannot seem to be able to pickup the incoming call. When I press the flashing BLF button I get a "Key is not active" message on the phone, or when I press the pickup softkey I get the "Key is not active" message as well.
I'm sure there is a step i'm missing.

Ok, so now the pickup soft key is working after I made a call pickup group and put these phones all into the same call pickup group.
