Call Processing Center

   Dear sir,

I have three sites, one HQ and two branch sites.

HQ ==> 50 voice users

Site A ==> 30 voice users

Site B ==> 30 voice users

I want the HQ site to be the main call processing center, while the two site will be in srst mode(if HQ fails).

please help me validate/check if this BoM is ok.

Are you proposing CME solution or did you mean to do CUCM/BE6K?  Your quote has only gateways with no user licenses, no servers, no phones, no voice cards for PSTN access, etc.

what am planning to achieve is to have in HQ(50 voice user) and site A(30 voice user) and site B(30 voice user), where HQ will be the main call processing center, while site A and B will be the srst(if HQ fails).

Am trying to propose a CME solution. i will use cisco cp-7942g for all the phones and vic2-2fxo for the PSTN access.

please check if this is ok or suggest an alternative/additional BoM.

Every CME is an independent system, you can surely steer calls anyway you want them to go via dial-peers, but it may get little challenging for some scenarios.  Is there a reason you do not want to propose centrelized system such as BE6K?

What is your PSTN connectivity, is it SIP or TDM based i.e. PRI? If the second I dont see any voice cards, also do you have a requirement for any analog devices? If so where are they connected to?
