I have read a couple things and had some suggestions but have not been able to nail anything down. I have a couple phone lines at a remote site that need recorded and buying the remote solution is too expensive. Do I have any options for call recording (IPStudio in this instance, but should be the same for most call recording) over the MPLS. Some suggestions that have come up but not confirmed.
1. Somehow using MTP to force the call local to the headend - thinking h323 gateway to force MTP.
2. RSPAN or SPAN across the MPLS
Most of my knowledge says you can't SPAN across MPLS. My question, has anyone done anything like this or would have an idea I could explore.
