Not able to reach the Voicemail system from PSTN.
We have CUCM cluster integrated with Microsoft Exchange 2010 for Voicemail. We can able to dial the VM Subscriber/Pilot number from the IP Phone directly, however we are not able to reach the Voicemail system when we receive an Incoming call from PSTN to the IP Phone..
I have created a SIP Trunk, Route Pattern pointing to the SIP Trunk, Voicemail Pilot number & Profile defines. Also the VM Profile is associated with the DN of the IP Phone
Can someone help where might be the issue is..
