Call Routing to Voice mail is not working

Hi,

Not able to reach the Voicemail system from PSTN.

We have CUCM cluster integrated with Microsoft Exchange 2010 for Voicemail. We can able to dial the VM Subscriber/Pilot number from the IP Phone directly, however we are not able to reach the Voicemail system when we receive an Incoming call from PSTN to the IP Phone..

I have created a SIP Trunk, Route Pattern pointing to the SIP Trunk, Voicemail Pilot number & Profile defines. Also the VM Profile is associated with the DN of the IP Phone

Can someone help where might be the issue is..

Hi there,

Can you please check the DN config page in CUCM and see what is set

on the Call Forward No Answer config. Are you hard coding the forwarding DN (VM Pilot)

or using the Voicemail checkbox? Also check the CSS on the Call Forward No Answer

and Call Forward Busy lines.
