call waiting & Forwarding !!

Hi all,

my customer wants me to configure Call Waiting in such a way that if the user is busy then caller should hear music and on user phone, number should display with beep tone !!!

also my customer wants me to configure two same extensions on two different phones for reception!!e.g. 000 extension on phone A and also on phone B, and if phone A is busy then second call should go to the phone B on reception !!!

can any one help me for both issues !!!

CUCM does not provide this you mean something like a Q but Cisco does not provide it.

for the secound issue , please provide us with Call Manager type.

i have CCM 6.1 Cluster connected with GW via H.323.

You can make it easy by putting the second number under line configuration “Forward Busy Internal”.

Or you can make a hunt group if one pusy go to second number.
