Using Unity 4.04 and Call Manager 3.3.4, I need to perform the following. Due to a recent merger, I need to forward several of our Auto Attemdant choices to an 800 number. I have setup extensions to forward to the number and setup subscribers for the extensions. When I point the Auto Attendant key press (3 in this case) it ignores all the other choices I've given it in the extension and sends directly to VM, which I don't want.
What am I doing wrong and how do I fix it?
I'm in a real bind, so any help will be greatly appreciated!!
